We suggest that you allow at least 90 minutes for check-in, immigration, and customs formalities.<\/p><p><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-primary ); font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size );\">Call\/Message Forwarding<\/strong><\/p><p>If you are leaving your room, but expecting an important call or message, please let our Front Desk team (dial 0) know where you will be in the hotel and the call or message will be forwarded to you at that location.<\/p><p><strong>Check-out<\/strong><br \/>Check-out time is 11am. If you need any assistance, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0) who will be pleased to assist you. Additional charges may apply for guests who are departing late, and after 6pm a full night charge may be incurred.<br \/>For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the Express Checkout box at the front desk.<\/p><p><strong>Credit Privileges<\/strong><br \/>We honour the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Diners Club\/enRoute.<\/p><p><strong>Currency Exchange<\/strong><br \/>The Front Desk team can exchange small amounts of US funds into Canadian dollars. For larger transactions, please visit a local bank.<\/p><p><strong>Do Not Disturb Policy<\/strong><br \/>Please note that for safety purposes we must check each guestroom at least once every 24 hours. If your \u201cDo Not Disturb\u201d sign is up for more than 24 hours, our Manager on Duty will contact you to ensure your well-being. Should you be scheduled to check-out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check-out time.<\/p><p><strong>Dry Cleaning<\/strong><br \/>Dry cleaning services are provided by a reputable, independent company with following business day delivery. Available Monday to Friday \u2013 except holidays. Bring the items to the Front Desk team before 8am for next day return. We act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.<\/p><p><strong>Electric Current<\/strong><br \/>The hotel\u2019s electric current is 110 volts. If you have European electrical items, you will need a converter that will enable the use of items from 220 volts to 110 volts.<\/p><p><strong>Emergency<\/strong><br \/>Please refer to the \u201cFire Procedures\u201d section in this directory.<\/p><p><b>Environmental Programs<br \/><\/b>Bedsheets in the guest rooms are changed upon request. If you prefer your bedsheets changed daily, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0).<br \/>If reusing your towels, please hang them up. Should you require fresh ones, please place them in the bathtub and we will provide a fresh supply.<\/p><p><strong>Fax Service<\/strong><br \/>The hotel fax number for incoming transmissions is 403-288-6063. If you\u2019ve been sent a fax, please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0) to collect it.<\/p><p><strong>Fitness Centre<\/strong><br \/>Our Fitness Centre is located on the main floor. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.<br \/>Hours: Open 6:00am \u2013 10:00pm daily.<\/p><p><strong>Guests with Special Needs<\/strong><br \/>In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the Front Desk team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.<\/p><p><strong>Heating &amp; Air Conditioning<\/strong><br \/>You can use your individual thermostat in your guest room for your comfort. To ensure the cooling and heating in your room is working effectively, please keep the outside doors or windows closed.<\/p><p><strong>Housekeeping<\/strong><br \/>This service is offered upon request. Please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0) for any housekeeping requests.<\/p><p><b>Ice &amp; Vending Machines<\/b><br \/>Ice machines are located on floors 3 and 4.<br \/>Pop machine is located on floor 3.<\/p><p><strong>Loss\/Damage<\/strong><br \/>The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0).<\/p><p><strong>Mail &amp; Messages<\/strong><br \/>The message light will flash on your telephone if there is a message for you. Please leave outgoing mail with the Front Desk team. Incoming mail will be held by the Front Desk team for pick up.<\/p><p><strong>Manager<\/strong><br \/>A Manager is always available to assist you. Should you wish to speak to the Manager on Duty, please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0).<\/p><p><strong>Medical<\/strong><br \/>If you require medical assistance, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0) who will be pleased to assist you.<\/p><p><strong>Non-smoking<\/strong><br \/>All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.
