It\u2019s open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.<\/p><p><strong>Call\/Message Forwarding<\/strong><br \/>If you are leaving your room, but expecting an important call or message, please let our Front Desk team (dial 0) know where you will be in the hotel and the call or message will be forwarded to you at that location.<\/p><p><strong>Car Rentals<\/strong><br \/>Our Front Desk team (dial 0) will be pleased to assist you with your booking.<\/p><p><strong>Check-out<\/strong><br \/>Check-out time is 12pm. Should you be scheduled to check-out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check-out time.<\/p><p><strong>Dry Cleaning<\/strong><br \/>Dry cleaning services are provided by a reputable, independent company with same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday \u2013 except holidays. Bring the items to the Front Desk team before 8am for same day return. We act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.<\/p><p><strong>Electric Current<\/strong><br \/>The hotel\u2019s electric current is 110 volts. If you have European electrical items, you will need a converter that will enable the use of items from 220 volts to 110 volts.<\/p><p><strong>Emergency<\/strong><br \/>Please refer to the \u201cFire Procedures\u201d section in this directory.<\/p><p><strong>Fax Service<\/strong><br \/>The hotel fax number for incoming transmissions is 403-290-1238. Please inform the Front Desk team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.<\/p><p><strong>Heating &amp; Air Conditioning<\/strong><br \/>You can use your individual thermostat in your guest room for your comfort. To ensure the cooling and heating in your room is working effectively, please keep the outside doors or windows closed.<\/p><p><strong>Housekeeping<\/strong><br \/>This service is offered upon request. Please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0) for any housekeeping requests.<\/p><p><b>Ice &amp; Vending Machines<\/b><br \/>Ice and pop machines are located on floors 9, 16 and 20. Vending machines are located on floor 11.<\/p><p><strong>Loss\/Damage<\/strong><br \/>The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 61).<\/p><p><strong>Mail &amp; Messages<\/strong><br \/>The message light will flash on your telephone if there is a message for you. The maximum vehicle height is 6 ft.
