We suggest that you allow at least 90 minutes for check-in, immigration, and customs formalities.<\/p><p><strong>Airport Shuttle<\/strong><br \/>From the airport, call 416\u2011798\u20118840 extension 0 for pickup and meet at Post F3 (Arrivals Level) in Terminal 1 or Post 37 (Arrivals Level Domestic International) in Terminal 3 after collecting luggage. <br \/>From the hotel, please book the shuttle at the Front Desk.<\/p><p><b>ATM<\/b><strong> Machine<\/strong><br \/>Need cash? If your \u201cDo Not Disturb\u201d sign is up for more than 24 hours, our Manager on Duty will contact you to ensure your well-being. Should you be scheduled to check-out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check-out time.<\/p><p><strong>Dry Cleaning<\/strong><br \/>Dry cleaning services are provided by a reputable, independent company with same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday \u2013 except holidays. Bring the items to the Front Desk team before 8am for same day return. We act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.<\/p><p><strong>Electric Current<\/strong><br \/>The hotel\u2019s electric current is 110 volts. If you have European electrical items, you will need a converter that will enable the use of items from 220 volts to 110 volts.<\/p><p><strong>Emergency<\/strong><br \/>Please refer to the \u201cFire Procedures\u201d section in this directory.<\/p><p><b>Environmental Programs<br \/><\/b>Please refer to the &#8220;Your Stay Your Way&#8221; door hanger.<\/p><p><strong>Fax Service<\/strong><br \/>The hotel fax number for incoming transmissions is 416-798-8871. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.<br \/>Hours: Open 24 hours.<\/p><p><strong>Guests with Special Needs<\/strong><br \/>In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the Front Desk team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.<\/p><p><strong>Heating &amp; Air Conditioning<\/strong><br \/>You can use your individual thermostat in your guest room for your comfort. To ensure the cooling and heating in your room is working effectively, please keep the outside doors or windows closed.<\/p><p><strong>Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p><p>To help reduce our impact on the environment and to provide you with more choice, we have two options for your housekeeping service.<\/p><ol><li>Light room refresh which includes: making bed, supplying fresh towels, emptying garbage, replenishing toiletries, coffee\/tea and light bathroom cleaning if required<\/li><li>Replenishment of supplies which includes: fresh towels, additional toiletries, and coffee\/tea<\/li><\/ol><p>Please look for the door hanger in your room with these two options and place it on your door handle before 10am to receive your service. If there\u2019s no hanger on your door, your room will not be serviced. If you have any questions or require a full-service room cleaning, please notify the Front Desk team (dial 0).<\/p><p><b>Ice &amp; Vending Machines<\/b><br \/>Ice machines are located on floors 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 14 and 16.<br \/>Pop machines are located on floors 3, 7, 11, 14 and 16.<\/p><p><strong>Loss\/Damage<\/strong><br \/>The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0).<\/p><p><strong>Mail &amp; Messages<\/strong><br \/>The message light will flash on your telephone if there is a message for you.
