Airlines
Our Front Desk team (dial 0) will be pleased to assist you with airline reservations, changes, confirmation, or airport transportation needs.

Airport
Vancouver International Airport is normally no more than a 30-minute drive (approximately 16 km). We suggest that you allow at least 90 minutes for check-in, immigration, and customs formalities.

ATM Machine
Need cash? An ATM Machine is located by the North Tower elevators close to Shark Club Bar & Grill and inside the gift shop.

Call/Message Forwarding
If you are leaving your room, but expecting an important call or message, please let our Front Desk team (dial 0) know where you will be in the hotel and the call or message will be forwarded to you at that location.

Car Rentals
Our Front Desk team (dial 0) will be pleased to assist you with your booking.

Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. If you need any assistance, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0) who will be pleased to assist you. Additional charges may apply for guests who are departing late, and after 6pm a full night charge may be incurred.
For an express checkout, simply drop your key card at the Express Checkout box at the front desk.

Credit Privileges
We honour the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Diners Club/enRoute.

Currency Exchange
Guests can pay through US dollars, but cannot receive Canadian dollars as change.

Do Not Disturb Policy
Please note that for safety purposes we must check each guestroom at least once every 24 hours. If your “Do Not Disturb” sign is up for more than 24 hours, our Manager on Duty will contact you to ensure your well-being. Should you be scheduled to check-out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check-out time.

Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning services are provided by a reputable, independent company with same day delivery. Available Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Bring the items to the Front Desk team before 7am for same day return at approximately 6pm. We act only as an agent and accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. 

Electric Current
The hotel’s electric current is 110 volts. If you have European electrical items, you will need a converter that will enable the use of items from 220 volts to 110 volts.

Environmental Programs
Bedsheets in the guest rooms are changed every other day of your stay. If you prefer your bedsheets changed daily, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0).
If reusing your towels, please hang them up. Should you require fresh ones, please place them in the bathtub and we will provide a fresh supply.

Fax Service
The hotel fax number for incoming transmissions is 604-681-8009. If you’ve been sent a fax, please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0) to collect it.

Fitness Centre
Our Fitness Centre is located on the second floor. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.

Guests with Special Needs
In case of emergency, your safety is our first concern. Please inform the Front Desk team (dial 0) upon check-in if there is a guest with a disability in the room.

Heating & Air Conditioning
You can use your individual thermostat in your guest room for your comfort. To ensure the cooling and heating in your room is working effectively, please keep the outside doors or windows closed.

Housekeeping
This service is offered upon request. Please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0) for any housekeeping requests.

Ice & Vending Machines
Ice machines are located on the 3rd, 4th, 7th and 10th floor of the North Tower and the 3rd, 5th and 8th floor of the South Tower. 
Pop machines are located on every guest room floor in the North Tower and on the 3rd, 5th and 8th floor of the South Tower. 

Loss/Damage
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any possessions or properties belonging to any person while staying as a guest or patron. If you find that you have misplaced or lost any items during your stay with us, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0).

Mail & Messages
The message light will flash on your telephone if there is a message for you. Please leave outgoing mail with the Front Desk team. Incoming mail will be held by the Front Desk team for pick up.

Manager
A Manager is always available to assist you. Should you wish to speak to the Manager on Duty, please contact the Front Desk team (dial 0).

Medical
If you require medical assistance, please contact our Front Desk team (dial 0) who will be pleased to assist you.

Non-smoking
All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. The hotel’s lounge and restaurant are 100% non-smoking.

Parking
Guests have access to our gated, underground parking for $25 per day. The maximum vehicle height is 6 ft. 6 in. Please speak with our Front Desk team (dial 0) to reserve a parking spot.

Pets
We allocate a small number of rooms on the main floor for guests travelling with pets.

Pillows
Each bed contains two firm pillows and a soft pillow. For additional pillow request, contact Front Desk team (dial 0).

Playpens
Playpens are available as a complimentary special request item through our Front Desk team (dial 0). The number of playpens available is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our Swimming Pool is located on the main floor. Towels and change rooms are available. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or beverages allowed.

Our Front Desk team (dial 0) will be pleased to provide you with a wake-up call at the time of your choice. A clock radio alarm is also available on your bedside table.
